Let me introduce my accommodation. You can see the grandeur of Seoraksan Daechungbong Peak, Dalma Peak, and Ulsanbawi Rock spreading out in front of the accommodation, and it is located in a place where you can see Yeongrang Lake and the open clean East Sea, which are 3 minutes away. I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. I hope you can see my birch wood work hanging in the accommodation, read a book while swinging in a well-organized garden, and take a rest.

This is a new two-story house in a quiet rural village. The first floor is where my parents live, and the second floor is a loft-style private house that is being operated. You can enter the accommodation through the external stairs, so you can check in without face-to-face contact, and you can freely use the barbecue, yard, stream, terrace, etc. alone~ My parents live there, so they can respond immediately to any inconvenience or requests. Although it is in the countryside, most of the nearby restaurants, cafes, convenience facilities, and tourist attractions can be reached within 20 minutes by car.(15 minutes to Sokcho Beach, 6 minutes to Mulchi Beach, 6 minutes to Hanaro Mart, 15 minutes to Sokcho E-Mart, 15 minutes to Seoraksan Cable Car, 10 minutes to Nakshan Temple, etc.) There is an additional cost of 30,000 won when using the barbecue or pot lid. Charcoal, firewood, torch, and stone are all prepared, so you only need to bring food. There is also a table on the terrace, so you can use a burner or a grill for a quick meal. Netflix, Tving, and automatic login are available on the 1st floor smart TV and multi-layer mini beam projector.

Reservations are available for families, couples, and same-sex friends. In May 2023, the bathroom, kitchen, and carpet were remodeled. This is the Hwangto Earth House Byeolmaru Pension located 3 minutes from Yangyang IC on the Seoul Yangyang Expressway. It is a traditional Korean house with a large yard with a lawn, a tree house, and an ondol. It is 15 minutes from the entrance of Seoraksan Mountain and 10 minutes from the entrance of Osaek Seoraksan Mountain. There are grocery stores and Hanaro Mart, so you can shop, and there is a barbecue facility in the garden. Within 20 minutes, there are Osaek Oncheon, Osaek Seoraksan Trail, Sol Beach, and Naksan Beach, so you can enjoy the mountains, rivers, and sea. There is a large lawn and a kids pool in front of the terrace in summer (July-August, not a heated pool). There are baby utensils and a mobile smart TV. Netflix and Disney are subscribed to mobile smart TVs. Polaroid camera is available. Welcome 4-hour capsule gift. No smoking indoors. Please keep quiet outdoors after 10pm. ^ ^

This is a 30-square-meter private Bulsol Pension in the woods next to the sea. It has 3 rooms, a living room, 2 toilets, a bath, a kitchen, and a space for up to 7 people. It is a 5-minute walk to Seorak Beach, and is close to Sokcho City, Daepo Port, and Naksansa. As a convenience facility, it is 3 minutes by car from Ganghyun Hanaro Mart Main Store, 2 minutes from Naksan Branch, and 10 minutes by car from Yangyang City, Sokcho City. You can experience surfing at Yangyang surfing spots such as Mulchi and Seorak Beach. After a trip to the sea, you can relax in a quiet pine forest country house and see the stars that you can't usually see. The bedroom has 3 beds. The kitchen can be used for simple cooking, but please refrain from cooking foods with strong smells, especially shrimp. You can dine at a table for 6 on the backyard deck. Barbecue equipment is available. Charcoal and grill must be prepared separately. Relax with the whole family at this quiet, forest-surrounded, star-solution guesthouse close to the sea.

It is a non-face-to-face, private, and emotional accommodation for only one team on a large land of 25 pyeong on a large land of 200 pyeong, 3 minutes by car from the accommodation. It is a non-face-to-face private accommodation that is not disturbed by the surrounding eyes and noise at all because it is about 50 m away from the private house. Two bedrooms are queen size beds. We have prepared 2 super single size beds, and a space where 4 people can relax comfortably. If there are additional people, we will provide bedding for 1 person in the living room. You can enjoy Netflix movies with a clear 8k 85-inch large TV. The distance to the beach is 3 minutes by car, and the surf beach is 12 minutes away. The wooden structure, which has stood for 86 years, has plenty to do with some crumbling spots. We saved the circle as much as possible with the hanok column, and we replaced some of the absences that we couldn't save, so that the past and present hang out in the wooden structure. Every space indoors was taken care to be visually communicated with the outside yard. The spacious bathroom space is designed to be the coziest place in this house.
