Steps from the dock, cottage is on a large wooded property, built in the late 1800s. renovated over time. 3 bdrooms (3 queens, 1 twin). 4th room with washer/dryer has twin bed, 2 full baths, great room w/ smart TV (awesome view of lake), equipped kitchen. 2 room AC units, ceiling/portable fans, gas grill. Near trails, dining, groceries, restaurants.

Hidden in the woods

Quiet, country setting that comfortably accommodates two. This space is above our garage, which is not attached to our house. We have lots of chickens, curious cats and a couple of friendly goats. We are often outside working or playing, but the apartment is very private once you are upstairs!! There is NO WiFi here. There IS a lovely, private balcony with a nice view, lots of movies, and fun games. Verizon service works great here, so if you have a Hotspot you could hook up to our smart TV.

Tiny House In the City

**Important to note: we are currently undergoing an exterior landscape renovation to be complete late Spring of 2026.** Welcome to our tiny home! In 2019 my husband and I set out to renovate this old pool house into a self-sustainable apartment or tiny home in our backyard. As you can imagine… things did not turn out the way we intended and construction was completed in the fall of 2020! The amenities are not lacking within the space and we know you will feel at home!

Come enjoy our recently renovated 28' RV that sits directly on the Thornapple River. Enjoy collecting eggs for breakfast from our chicken coop, playing with our goats or kayaking the river. 4 Kayaks Included!!! Feel free to wander our 14 acres or just relax by the river. The RV has a full bathroom, with small shower. It has a stove, microwave, fridge, a grill, and all the necessities to fix a great meal. All linens are provided. Come make some unique memories!

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).

CUTE COZY COTTAGE WITH GUN LAKE ACCESS

Super cute, cozy and clean cottage! My place is located with an association which includes two docks and a boat slip is included. You will also have use of couple firepits on the property. I just had a new deck put on as well! Washer and Dryer in the unit and central air! The cottage is a short walk to the lake and partial view of the lake. Wifi and I will have a tv with some basic channels. I like to be clean so ask you please clean up :)

Our home is located on a beautiful 2.5 acre wooded setting. We have hiking trails around the woods and a beautiful lawn to sit outside and enjoy. Our location can't be beat! We are 20 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids, 20 minutes from Gun Lake Casino, 20 minutes to the airport, 35-40 minutes from Lake Michigan, and 25 minutes away from Yankee Springs Recreation area. The entire lower level is set up as a private space for you to enjoy.
