The place is very convenient - located just next to MTR TST & just infront of the bus stop to Airport. The host is responsive to accommodating needs and answering queries as well. Worth the value for the stay. Recommended! ✨

Place is exactly as shown in pictures & described. Many great restaurants in the area & the MTR is just a few minutes walk away. The room was clean & the cleaner auntie was very sweet. Bed size was just nice for 2 medium size adults As mentioned by the others, the room was too small to open ur luggages comfortably. We had 2 cabin sized luggages & it was a tight squeeze. So if u have anything larger, it will be a challenge. Overall, the location & cleanliness of the room is a bargain! 👍🏻

If you’re looking for a good location, Sam’s place is the perfect spot. Close to most of the sights (cultural center, symphony of lights, good restaurants) and the metro is literally walking distance. The place is a bit small for two people with big suitcases, but manageable for a few days. Helen was really friendly and helpful with the instructions, also responsive at any time. Overall very nice experience:)

Great Location, near bus and mtr station, the place is perfect for 2 and near to all shopping center and restaurants.

地方近地鐵站很容易找到，私隱性不錯

Sam的房子性价比超高！交通简直不能更方便——楼下就是公交站和地铁站，去哪里都超省心。房间干净整洁，细节也很贴心，提前准备了转换插头，完全不用担心充电问题。Sam回复消息也特别及时，沟通很顺畅。 最暖心的是，入住那天正好下雨，Sam还主动提供了雨伞，真的很周到！ 唯一的小提醒是，因为房子临街，晚上可能会有点车流声，如果睡眠比较浅的话，建议带个耳塞，完全不影响整体入住体验~总之，这里绝对是出行住宿的优质选择！

Worth the money, good location

第一次一个人来到香港 想要稍微了解一下这里再单人行动 看到评价挺好的 房东耐心的告诉我如何过去 在门口迎接我 我过去的时候也挺晚的了 由于下了高铁在商场里面迷了路 最后找到啦 就在地铁口旁边 上下楼有电梯押了通行证入住 房东耐心的讲解了很久里面的设施 上铺充电插座很方便 提供免费的热饮 配有电脑 饮料柜 晚上还有一件电视的房间 可以听听音乐 结交一帮朋友 可以喝喝酒天南地北的聊聊天 隔壁还有一个风景很棒的小天台 可以看到尖沙咀的风景 楼下有很多小餐馆 用英语交流很顺利 下次有机会还会再入住 会推荐给朋友~卫生间男女分开的各一个 淋浴间有两个 提供了沐浴露洗发露等等 只是洗澡水有时会忽冷忽热 其他都很好。

The owner replies and gives clear instructions on how to get to the place. The location is very convenient -- you can easily ride the bus or taxi since the building is just a few steps away from the bus stop and is also near to Jordan Station. The room is clean and the bed is huge. The price you paid is worth it if you just need a simple, clean room with basic amenities.

Very convenient location, clean, and affordable. Power went out for a day but issue was resolved promptly as soon as the host was made aware of the issue. Good choice for budget conscious travellers :)
