The place was exactly as pictured—clean and without any surprises. Check-in was easy, even after dark, and Andy provided clear and helpful instructions. It's about a 20-minute drive to Sedona. A great spot for 2–3 people visiting the park.

Love the location, there are a few Airbnb’s on the property, super close to downtown, simple, nice and easy place to crash for a quick trip to Flag!! Only challenges were that the WiFi listed on the description is outdated but new info is posted on the fridge. Also not being a camper owner I wasn’t sure which thermostat to use for the heat but we figured it out no problem! :)

This was our first ever RV experience, and it was great. This is operate much like a hotel, just with RVs and campers, rather than rooms. Our RV was very well equipped. And the staff was very friendly - especially the after hours staff. I called at almost 11:00 pm with the DUMBEST question, and the lovely person who answered the phone was so kind and understanding, even though I’m pretty sure I woke her up.

Went to Williams for overnight trail ride this space was great for our family we will be back and definitely stay more than one night

The air bnb was very clean, looked just like the photos. The RV site was really peaceful and quiet with gorgeous views during sunrise. Perfect place to stop and stay!

Loved everything about our stay here! Nice little 2 bed room apartment arranged inside RV trailer. Squeaky clean and spotless furniture. Heater worked well. Kitchen had all the equipments one would need. There was a private firepit and a barbecue station as well. we enjoyed our stay here.

It was like a dream! Flo is lovely, like coming home to your favorite aunt or grandma. Everything was well thought of. The outdoor space had so much to offer, i couldnt decide where to sit and hang out. The dog play area was a great plus too. We always looked forward to coming home at the end of every hike, knowing that Flo will be right there waiting for us. Our host Maggie was amazing. Very friendly and accomodating!. We cant wait to go back!

An Unforgettable Stay in a Cozy Winter Escape! Despite the chilly weather, the property offered a warm and inviting environment that made it the perfect winter retreat with a magical Fire place. The hot tub was an absolute highlight— and hot showers The outdoor amenities were just as incredible! We spent hours under the gazebo, enjoying the fresh air, and the star-gazing sitting area was a dream come true. The clear night skies in this area are spectacular, and the thoughtfully designed outdoor space made it easy to lose ourselves in the beauty of the stars. Every detail of this place feels curated for comfort and relaxation. The host has created a truly unique getaway that combines the charm of the outdoors with the coziness of a warm, welcoming home. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating escape. We’ll definitely be back thank you

The trailer was comfortable and served as the perfect spot for base camp as we wanted to take in all what Sedona and it's surrounding area had to offer. karen was a great host, made some great suggestions and made us feel at home. Thanks again, it was an incredible experience and hope to come back soon!

Loved the teepee, and the area was very quiet and peaceful! There was little to no light pollution, so the stars out there were gorgeous. I loved having the ability to light a fire in the teepee for the crisp nights, and the proximity to downtown Cottonwood was amazing. There was plenty to see and do in the area, and it was a fantastic place to stay if you're looking to not pay an arm and a leg inside the Sedona area. Vicky was so responsive at all hours and extremely kind. So grateful we found this nugget of gold!

We had a great time at Rob’s campsite! Perfect for our group of 10 with tons of space, picnic tables and firewood. Very quiet, peaceful and private. Rob was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be coming back!

Place was as listed. It is very quaint and a great adventure for someone who wants a rustic and off the beaten path place to stay.

This was a perfect place to stay, not far from Sedona and Jerome. Cozy space that was great for the two of us and our two dogs. The host, Wayne, was very helpful as this was our first stay in a camper and made sure we had everything we needed.

We were surprised by how spacious this RV was on the inside! Large bathroom, plenty of sleeping space for 4 people, and a very functional kitchen. The neighborhood was very peaceful but also close to town. The heater worked great too. Definitely recommend.

Rock was very kind and informative! The tipi was clean and I loved the vibe. The area is also beautiful!

Great place to stay. Close to everything, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and solitude. Only issue was with the Wifi. Host is looking at an alternative system.

Irvin was incredibly kind and went out of his way to ensure our visit is comfortable. Traveling with a wheelchair isn’t always easy, but his care and attentiveness made a huge difference. Thanks to him, our stay was not only comfortable but truly enjoyable. The place itself is stunningly beautiful, with breathtaking surroundings and views. We are grateful for Irvin’s kindness and help, and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

Edith was super kind and thoughtful ! She gave us homemade treats and always responded to any questions we had. Her and her husband were very sweet and made us feel so welcomed!
