Holiday rentals with a kayak in Yavapai County

What a great cabin! It was perfect for our family and they stock the home well. We will definitely be back. It was dark when we arrived so it was a little hard to find the driveway but, when lights are on it’s simple. The beds and furniture are comfy. Love the decor. Felt like home. We will definitely be back.

Cassondra’s place is very cozy and clean, about 20 mins drive to Sedona. We felt like at home and really enjoyed our two nights stay here. Especially the stars in the night, this is def something you would miss if you live in a city.

We had a wonderful stay at Erica's place. It's just a short drive to restaurants, grocery stores and some of the best hikes in Sedona. The setting is beautiful, right next to a peaceful creek. We loved drinking our morning tea by the water and soaking in the jacuzzi while listening to the creek flow. Hearing the frogs croak made our kids giggle on our first night there. I have never heard of a javelina, so it was both amazing and a little scary to see one trying to get into our trash can at night. Thankfully, it wasn't successful! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals like pasta and stews. We were able to stream Youtube and Netflix on the TV. We would definitely stay here again!

Julie is a great host. She was very understanding about weather/work conditions. She kept us updated on weather in her area so we knew what to expect. Her home and yard is wonderful. We want to return when the weather is nicer and warmer so we can utilize the back yard. We had a great time.

Michele has been an awesome host throughout our stay. The house was brilliant, just what we needed for a family weekend in Prescott! Very close to Willow lake and the trails around it. Kitchen is nicely equipped for sorting out multiple people. Highly recommend.

Kate's place worked out well for my family. Comfortable for 6 of us. Close enough to town for a short drive and by many National Parks. Flagstaff is a fun town!

I would highly recommend this home. It is spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable. Such a lovely home in a beautiful area. You will be comfortable and you will have easy and quick access to everything in Sedona. I will for sure choose this home again. Very very happy with this place. Thank you so much.

We stayed for Spring Break and would come back again. The house is right next to a park with many amenities, including mountain bike trails. The rooms are big and nicely decorated. The roof deck is amazing, and the ping pong table was well used!

Staying here was absolute magic. My family of 5 felt very well rested and we annoyed all the amenities I look forward to coming back to this cabin where we made so many beautiful memories

Our stay at this cabin was absolutely incredible! We were blown away by how immaculately clean and beautifully designed everything was. Every little detail had been thought of - it had everything you could possibly imagine to make the stay feel luxurious and effortless. The atmosphere was cozy yet upscale, and it felt like a true home away from home. We can't wait to come back and would recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect getaway!

Great location, right by Watson Lake. The house is beautiful, but the washer and oven did not work. There were other small inconveniences that could be solved with a more attentive pre check, but nothing determined less than 5 stars, as the host was very responsive and helpful.

Spent a couple days with the family here for Christmas. It was an amazing experience & the host is super friendly & responds quickly. Definitely recommend this place!

We loved staying at this cottage! The surroundings are beautiful. The deck with the Blackstone and firepit was our favorite place to hang out. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Debbie was a great host! The property was the perfect place for a peaceful getaway. Home was well stocked - even had toilet baskets in each bathroom for any forgotten items! Would stay again, and highly recommend.

My family and I headed up North during a snow storm and thought we were going to make before roads were closed unfortunately we did not. Not only did Dan call us and try to find us a hotel on the way back to Phoenix he also offered to give us a refund for one night. Dan is extremely reasonable and told us where to go to enjoy some snow. The hill that is further up the _I17 was the perfect spot for my kids to sled, build snowmen, and have snowball fights. We were all disappointed to go back home and really needed another day. Next time we go up North for a family get away this will be where we stay. We want to enjoy this same location when it gets warmer outside and we can fish at the local lake. Our 2 large dogs loved staying here as well.

we stayed here for three nights with three families. the property is huge especially the outdoor area. however, the room with bunk bed is actually a passway to the master bedroom. and the other room with king bed is a loft with open space. that being said, if you have a group of kids who wake up earlier in the morning, there is no good insolation. Two bathrooms with one in the master bedroom. Outdoor space is peaceful with amazing view. it has fire pit with lights on at night. this is a very dog friendly place. it even has an outdoor dog in closure space. kitchen is well equipped. it is close to William downtown area and about an hour drive to Grand canyon. the host is super responsive. We enjoyed our stay!
