The Old Stables

One of 2 two well-appointed single story converted barns with shared courtyard. Each has 2 good sized double bedrooms, shower room, open plan kitchen/lounge/dinner. We are situated 1/2 mile from Shipdham airfield, 8 miles from Watton, 7 miles from Dereham & 4 miles from the pretty market town of Hingham. There is ample parking including space for larger vehicles. We welcome well behaved dogs and and even your horse - please contact us to add your dog at an extra cost of £5 each per night.

Harry's Place is a light, self-contained, upstairs apartment. It has all you need for a relaxing break or a working base and is a quiet space that gives an opportunity to retreat from today's hectic pace of life with countryside views from every room. Well-behaved pets are welcome but they must not be left alone in the apartment. Located in the centre of Norfolk, less than 3 miles from shops in Dereham, but tucked away on a quiet lane, Harry's Place is an ideal base for exploring Norfolk.

Beautifully renovated Barn nestled in the heart of Norfolk. The Barn is completely separate from the main house and has its own private secluded garden with hot tub. If you are looking for luxury, peace and quiet , comfortable surroundings and a lovely space to chill and relax then Willow Barn should be your first choice. You won't forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. The barn has only one bedroom but we can accommodate one baby or toddler who is able to sleep in a travel cot

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses.
