House holiday rentals in Yeongtong-gu

회사분들과 놀러갔는데 화장실이 층별로 나눠져있어 남/녀 구분해 사용하기 좋았고, 테이블도 커서 밥먹을 때 좋았습니다. 수영장도 생각보다 크고 넓어서 나중에 이용 가능한 시기 때 재방문 해보려고 합니다!

1박으로 이용했는데 풀빌라 생각하면 가겨대비 만족도 짱이에요! 1층이라 접근성 좋고 편의점도 가까워요. 풀빌라 이제 못갈것 같아요 ㅎㅎ 다음에 또 이용할게요~~

여러 인원이서 여러가지 활동하며 즐기기 최적인 훌륭한 장소였습니다. 주방도 여럿에 없는게 없구요. 가성비 훌륭하고 단체 여행시 추천 드립니다.

화장실, 방 모두 많고 풍경이 좋아서 편하게 잘 즐기다 왔습니다

에어비앤비 이번에 처음 이용해요😊 예약 2달 전 부터 어디로 여행가야할지 고민하다 에어비앤비에서 만난 [작은낙원]. 후기 하나하나 너무 좋아서 첫 눈에 반해 버렸답니다. 아이가 있는 집이라면 고민말고 바로 이 곳을 강력추천합니다!!! 아이들이 놀 수 있는 장난감 가득한 놀이방!! 실외에는 모래놀이, 수영장, 미끄럼틀과 정글짐까지 하루종일 완전 신나게 놀 수 있어요. 심심할 틈이 없어요. 집이 이렇게 재미있는 공간이라는 걸 느꼈습니다. 현관에서부터 거실-안방-놀이방-주방-화장실 동선이 다 연결되어 있어 정말 편했어요 주방,화장실,안방침구 모두 깨끗하고 매우 만족했습니다. 6세 8세 아이와 함께 왔는데 다음에 또 오고싶다고 하네요. 근처에 대형카페와 맛집도 가깝구요. 이곳이 친정 근처인데 친정엄마도 에어비앤비가 처음이라 걱정하시다 일주일 전에 미리 사전답사 다녀오시고는 굉장히 맘에 들어 하셨어요. 날이 선선하면 바베큐도 하면 좋겠더라구요. 다른 후기에 있는 것 처럼 따로 준비할게 없었어요. 입을 옷과 먹을 것만 챙기면 바로 낙원입니다. 이름처럼 작원낙원이 어울리는 정말 멋진 집이었습니다. 호스트님의 집에 대한 애정이 곳곳에 녹아 있어 저희는 2박3일간 알차고 순간순간 행복을 느끼고 많은 추억을 만들고 갑니다.

잘쉬다갑니다! 겨울에 왔는데도 수영할수 있어 좋았는데 눈이너무많이와서 아쉬웠어요. 가족들 모두 너무 만족해했고, 따뜻한 계절에 다시 오고싶네요!

This place is incredibly good for family stay. The Host if responsive and friendly always help us in every request we asked. We loved everything of it, especially the living room & kitchen plus the rooftop with city view. The only comment i can say here is there is no elevator and bidet. The room is on the 4th floor. It is hard for us because we have a toddler to carry up and down. If all grown up will stay here and no need to carry up and down. Stairs would be fine. Surely we will go back here again once my toddler is a bit older. ☺️

I stayed one night at Indukwon Hue Stay and had a great experience. The location is excellent — very convenient for getting to Seoul, and there are plenty of delicious Korean restaurants right outside the door. Unlike most hotels, which usually only have one or two beds, this place was perfect for our family because it had enough beds for all five of us to sleep comfortably, each with our own bed. It's also the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed at, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. This place really exceeded our expectations.

여자친구와 강아지와 함께 항상 너무 잘 사용하고 있습니다. 침구류나 화장실등 항상 좋은 컨디션으로 관리를 잘 해주셔서 애용하게 되는것 같네요 다음에도 또 이용하겠습니다.

The host was so friendly and nice, always helping us when we needed. He also brought up a plate of strawberries for my group because he wanted to apologize for the construction noise during our stay (which he didn’t need to do but they were delicious!).

Le logement la maison de Momo était incroyable, quand je suis arrivé je me suis senti tellement bien. C’était calme et paisible je suis tomber amoureuse de cet endroit. Je reviendrai c’est une certitude !

집공사때문에 장기숙박했는데 상당히 쾌적하고 편했어요 방도 작지만 따로 구분되어 있어서 좋았고 창문도 커서 답답하지 않았어요 위치는 두말하면 잔소리~ 인근의 복층숙소보다 저는 훨씬 좋았습니다~

I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a private bathroom, which made it feel quite private even though the kitchen is shared. The shared kitchen was functional and tidy, and I had no issues using it during my stay. Helen was really responsive throughout my stay and genuinely cared that I felt comfortable, which I really appreciated. She checked in to make sure everything was going well and was quick to help when needed. The location is at the top of a hill, which can be a bit of a climb, but thankfully there’s a bus that stops nearby, making access much easier. The neighborhood felt safe and there are plenty of affordable places to eat within walking distance, which was a big plus. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for a quiet and budget-friendly place to stay. Thank you so much.

Our family of 5 (3 adults, 1 kid and a baby) enjoyed our 2 week stay here. The room and beds were large and comfortable. The kids loved the floor bed and it was perfect for both kids. The home was clean and worked well for our family as we needed laundry and kitchen access for the kids. There’s amenities had everything we needed and felt right at home. From people’s past feedback, they’ve definitely made improvements on the space like heating pads for the beds for the cold winter. There’s a lot of restaurant options in the area too! The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. There are 2 flights of stairs to access the house door, so if you’re carrying children and some large suitcases, it will be a bit troublesome. Something to be aware of.

Wonderfully kind host who was always responsive and welcoming. The pictures and amenities all checked the description. The location is absolutely amazing and having our own parking space in this area was a big factor in our choice to stay here. My family and I walked in the nearby park/fortress every morning. In the evening the streets are lively with many food options. Misuk graciously provided everything we needed and was very quick to reply. There is very good hot water and shower pressure which, for me, is very important. I would highly recommend this host and location.

Stayed for 5 nights, apartment is clean and cosy, and is as described in the listing and photos. The host is responsive and gave clear instructions for checking in (and checking out). Overall pleasant stay, easy to get to apartment from Gyodae station exit 14. A few things to take note of: Listing states up to 6 pax but this small apartment is more suitable for 2-3 pax only. The main bedroom has 2 double mattresses, aircon, large mirror, projector but no wardrobe/clothes rack. We stayed in the main bedroom (2 pax only) so it was fine, but if you have more people and need to use the second bedroom, be aware that it is small and only contains one double mattress and a lamp, no aircon/fan. This is a semi-basement apartment, but the ceiling is high and once inside, it’s not obvious that you’re “underground”. There is a dehumidifier. And the indoor lights made the apartment bright. Bathroom was small but clean and adequate. No big bath towels provided but many smaller ones. Enjoyed!
