Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Yeongtong-gu

The room is clean and tidy with all the amenities. Conveniently located, surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants. Walking distance to the station, department store. The host communicates in a timely manner, and I enjoyed a great trip. Thank you.

This place was at a great location in Gangnam where there was so much we could walk to and so much we could easily get to via public transit. The apartment was comfortable and clean although it got dusty when we opened the window. The shower door seems to leak some water, and some extra hooks to hold wet towels would've been nice, but there's a very large closet with hangers where we hung the towels and had plenty of space for our coats. We enjoyed our stay!

Good neighborhood, close to Seven Eleven and restaurants. A long way from Seoul.

It is connected to Dongtan Station, so transportation is convenient, and since it is on the upper floor of the department store building, the amenities such as cafes and restaurants are great. Even in the summer, the air conditioner is connected to the accommodation, so it's cool. The location is good, so I go on vacation to this building every time, and Elstay was the most thoughtful and kind of the host. I rested comfortably like my own home with warm heart and consideration. Thank you!

Great location and clean However, it's a pity that it's a little burdensome because they sent me so many precautions in advance with a message.

Because of the wedding, there were a lot of households coming up from the province, so I used it as an air bnb. It was an excellent choice. The place was so clean, comfortable, and the lady who ran it was very kind. Access to Seoul was also very easy.

It was easy to get the apartment because of her precise directions. The apartment was squeaky clean and it has everything that you would need at home. The beds were comfortable with clean linen and lots of towels including bath towels were provided. There were many good restaurants within 10-15 mins walking distance but be prepared to walk a little hilly roads. We stayed with our two adult children and they said it was the best Airbnb that they ever stayed.

Great stay and close to so many restaurants. Walkable to Bupyeong station. Only problem was the kitchen lacked some basic necessities like scissors and a cooking pot but no other complaints.

I just got back from Seoul with my daughter and we absolutely loved staying at Lisa's place ☺️ The place is really clean, looks exactly like in the photos and is soo close to the Seoul National University Station on Line 2, which is only 11 stops away from Hongdae and other tourists attractions 😁When we come back to Seoul, we will stay at her place again and would definitely recommend it to anyone 😁

The host was so friendly and nice, always helping us when we needed. He also brought up a plate of strawberries for my group because he wanted to apologize for the construction noise during our stay (which he didn’t need to do but they were delicious!).

Grace was super helpful during our stay. The neighbourhood was very quiet and nice.

The accommodation was chosen because there were many people visiting and there were many beds. There were plenty of places to lie down on the couch as well as the bed. The accommodation was on the side of the road, so it was easy to find, and I thought it would be safe at night. It was a little unfortunate for travelers with a lot of luggage because there was no elevator, but I was satisfied with the location because it was close to the whole chicken street and close to Suwon Hwaseong, and I was satisfied with the cleanliness and plenty of items provided in the accommodation. They took care of it and the feedback was quick. Thank you for your request for additional towels.

The interior was so pretty and clean, the dishes were so nice, and the bedding was so comfortable that I slept well.

Absolutely loved this stay - I was here for two months recovering from a major surgery and Tom couldn’t have been a more gracious host. I had some extra needs due to having to prepare my own food for several weeks post surgery and he very quickly provided me with all of the cookware I needed and even a blender. He also sent a cleaner weekly who did an amazing job not only leaving the place clean but with all of my belongings organized in a careful and considerate way. I really felt like it was home by the end of my stay and will miss it very much!

Accommodation as advertised. Spacious accommodation perfect for 2 families. Washer and dryer available. The terrace is a plus to chill out. Nearby bus and metro. Very responsive and attentive host. Perfect for your first stay in Seoul! Thank you so much.

This was a great place at a great price! Close to lots of cafes and restaurants as well, and only a 6-ish minute walk to the subway station. Ady was a fantastic host! There was an issue with my room and she scheduled time immediately to visit and check it out. This issue required some maintenance work, so Ady and her husband moved me to another room which was larger at no extra cost. They also helped me move my things which was so kind of them. I really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend Ady as a host!

Great/clean place. Close to base…5-8 minute walk to main Gate/SED. Hosting super responsive . If you rent a vehicle paring is easily available. Restaurants/grocery stores/ convenience stores all within walking distance. Thanks again. See you next time.

It was a clean and nice place to stay close to Jihechal. In particular, the host responded quickly and helped me a lot so that I didn't have any inconvenience in staying. I recommend it.

Nice apartment, responsive host, responds quickly, allowed us to check in early for 3 hours. Recommended.

Overall, a lovely stay in the apartment. The place was modern looking, well-situated near a subway entrance and worked well for our family. We appreciated the early check-in that you were able to offer. Thank you again for providing the extra bedding (blankets and pillows) beyond what was included in the listing. The kids said this was the “fanciest hotel” that we stayed at during our trip in Seoul.
