Beautifully appointed 2-bed apartment with gorgeous views down the river Yeo. Close to 24hr amenities and countryside walks. A mill has stood at this point on the river since doomsday, +1000 years. The apartment compromises the old mill with its thick walls and small windows with a modern addition which is a bright living space with a a private patio overlooking the river below. The apartment is a tranquil place with the gentle white noise of the river flowing down the old mill water race.

Round The Bend, an annexe in a quiet village.

Round The Bend which is maintained to a high level sits within the heart of the very quiet village Odcombe. The Masons Arms pub is just a short walk away, serving real ales and food. Brympton House which hosts many weddings and events is just over a mile away making us the perfect location. Also neighbouring Odcombe is the lovely village of Montacute which boasts the beautiful National Trust owned Montacute House. The King's Arms pub which is also in Montacute serves great food and real ale.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. We are also only a short walk from, Bournemouth University Campus, Westland Entertainment Centre and Abbey Manor Business Park, most of which can be reached via footpaths. A five minute drive will take you to the historic village of Montecute, leading onto the Chinnocks, Chiselborough and Norton Sub Hamdon, all of which are ideal for walking, cycling or simply a pub lunch.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The Dairy is a lovingly converted barn set in a gorgeous courtyard setting. We have kept the original beams and furnished with antiques sourced at local auction houses. It is a roomy conversion and can also be rented as a 4 bed. The very comfortable king size bed has an ensuite shower, with power and rainfall shower. There is plenty of outside space and a gas BBQ for your use. There are also bicycles and an all weather tennis courts guest can use, please ask.
