Sleeps 4 people: extendable sofa bed for two (140cm spread out) on the bottom and mattresses on the top loft for 2 people. Linens and towels for an additional fee. Always a hot tub on the deck. Use of the hot tub is included. In the cottage you will find everything you need: indoor toilet and shower, electric sauna, kitchen refrigerator + microwave + stove, air source heat pump. Walking distance to Karstula shops and restaurants.

Old-fashioned log cabin

How would it feel to live like a museum with a functional kitchen though. The house is my hundred year old birth home. It's wanted to keep it authentic, so it's not lined, and there's a sawdust that might rip on the floor in the mood. From the windows, you can see animals in the pasture, the cranes descend into the field, and the wind is quiet. A larger family or work crew will be comfortable in this spacious and authentic home. The compost toilet and shower sauna are in the yard. The beach is 1 km away.

Kaksi parisänkyä ja kaksi yhden hengen sänkyä , vuodesohvalle mahtuu tarvittaessa 2 hlöä. Mökissä on puilla lämmitettävä sauna, rantasaunan yhteydessä on palju. Palju kuuluu viikkovuokran hintaan, viikonloppuisin lisähinnasta. Hyvinvarusteltu keittiö astianpesukoneella, kesäkeittiössä ovat takka, puuhella ja kaasupoltin muurinpohjapannulle.

Vaikka asumme samassa talossa, on asuntoon on kuitenkin oma sisäänkäynti ja oma rauha majoittumiseen. Pihassa on ulkosauna jota on mahdollista käyttää. Jos haluatte saunoa, pyydän ilmoittamaan siitä varauksen yhteydessä. Meillä on eläimiä, jotka elävät omaa elämäänsä. Tähän sisältyy myös eläinten äänet. Lampaat määkivät ja kukko kiekuu.

Villa Kotiniemi on ihana kohde rentoon mökkilomailuun, mutta myös aktiiviseen toimintaan niin halutessaan. Talvilomailuun hiihtoreitit lähtevät lähes pihasta, moottorikelkkareitit 20 m päästä, sähköpyöräily mahdollisuus tieverkoston puitteissa ( pyörävuokra mahdollinen kahdelle pyörälle), mönkijävuokra, sekä lasten pulkkamäki jossa naruhissi 700m päässä. The main cabin has 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed, accommodation for 8 people. The sauna cabin can accommodate 5 people. In addition the main cabin has a utility room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. For extra comfort the cabin has a dishwasher, washing machine, drying cabinet, stove top and wifi. The cabin has running clean water. Electric car charging station.
