The cottage is equipped with stone fireplace, kitchen, coffee maker, electric stoves, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and an ironing machine with stand. The cottage also has a bedroom with a double bed along with bathroom and an indoor WC. One can also indulge in the famous Finnish sauna as the cottage has an electric sauna too. Cottage in the Arctic Circle!

The house is in a particularly quiet village of Juokseng on the Swedish side of Tornionjoki. Suitable for families, fishermen, snowmobilers, berry pickers, skiers, hikers or people who just like nature. The yard is big for outdoor games and the beach is nearby. There are also skiing centers within a 12-20 km radius. The river is less than 1 km away. The village store is approx. 1 km. There is another cottage in the same yard that can also be rented.The sauna is shared by both cabins, if agreed.

Alueella voi uida, kalastaa, marjastaa, metsästää, patikoida, hiihtää, lumikenkäillä ja moottorikelkkailla. Lisää liikuntapaikkoja ja muita käyntikohteita 15-30 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Me and my husband have built for you a little log villa with love. We have rebuilt place with own hands with touch of local culture. Logs are from 50-century. In case you need a help, we would be helping you because we live very nearby. Help is always near. You will be our quests and we will be there for you.

Relax along the beautiful Kemijoki River in a sympathetic 1811 log cabin. Renovated with modern amenities v.2021. New sauna/toilet and barbecue area and sauna terrace in the yard . After the sauna, drop off the beach in the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, another sauna and a lot, can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo for grilling and a rowing boat. Linens and towels are included In the silence of the countryside, the soul rests!

Pretty and cosy wooden cottage with sauna in peaceful environment. The cottage is located 31km from Rovaniemi city centre. Because of the location outside all the city lights, this is a perfect location to see the northern lights. The best chances to see the the northern lights is during a clear sky without clouds. There are also different forecasts that you can guugle to estimate the possibility of seeing northern ligts. There is a monument of silence built near by.
