A wonderful sauna that is accessed through the glass terrace. Fireplace on the terrace and another inside. The loft has sleeping accommodations for four, a bunk bed and a sofa that can be spread out in the hall. Downstairs, there are bedrooms with double beds (2+2).

Our detached villa on its own plot comfortably sleeps 10 guests in 4 bedrooms, with a cozy living room with panoramic forest view, spacious glass veranda, 2 bathrooms, and sauna. There is also a remote workstation and a carport. The location is great: 200 m to trails, 350 m to ski bus, 800 m to ski lift & ski-in during spring. Bonus: 2 Ylläs ski passes are included in the price winter 2025/26. Enjoy!

Villa in the heart of lapland

The cabin provides comfortable accommodation spaces and a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals after long days. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has separable beds. Upstairs there's a large bunk beds, WC and a fold-out futon sofa for an extra bed. The sauna is located in a separate outdoor building, accessed through a glazed terrace. An outdoor fireplace is also situated on the terrace, where you can enjoy even the chilliest of evenings.

Completed in the spring of 2024, the villa is located in a quiet location close to Äkäslompolo's services and activities. Illuminated ski trails, a ski bus/bus stop and a beach in summer are within walking distance. Cycling and hiking can be accessed directly from the yard of the holiday villa. The villa is great for two families, multiple generations, or even a group of adults on an active holiday. The single-level villa has 4 bedrooms and two separate toilets.

Located in a quiet outer district! Use of the private sauna is possible between 4 pm and 8 pm. Cost: 20 euros in cash or MobilePay per sauna session! Bath towels are ready in the sauna, you would have to bring your own shower shampoo! Report 2 hours in advance so I can prepare the sauna. Thanks! You can use the hot tub during your stay. To fire it up with wood, to the desired temperature, you need about 6-8 hours. Cost: 40 euros for water and wood!
