The house is on stilts, has a private terrace and a long common jetty with the few houses around. Excellent starting point for boating, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, SUP, cycling and hiking trails. Moved 400 meters from Nes harbor for about 10 years ago. It is restored from a primitive boathouse to a cozy cottage in a private lush plot with ocean view. You have your private carparking place, lawn, sitting erea with outdoor furniture and a firepan. Minimum four day rental.

The place is located in the historical part of Brønnøysund and the house is over 100 years old. About 300 m to the shopping center and 50 m to the lake. The apartment is located in parts of the 1st floor, bedroom 1 has a 120 cm bed and bedroom 2 has a 150 cm bed. The apartment has a living room that can also be used as a sleeping area and a large bathroom. Small kitchen is shared by hosts and guests. The host lives upstairs.

The house is a 100 years old timber house with good ceiling height. Good space, both and outdoor. Visiting farm as the closest neighbor. Nice base for excursions on southern Helgeland. The house is completely renovated on the outside and can be used throughout the year.
