Our charming studio apartment in the Libbytown neighborhood is walking distance to Thompson's Point & Amtrak (15 minutes!) and the trendy West End, while still being quiet and secluded. Enjoy a concert or Portland's famous restaurant scene and come home to a memory foam bed and all the little essentials like a white noise machine and a bar kit for homemade cocktails. We have been hosts for 8 years near Acadia National Park and are so excited to share our new home of Portland with guests as well!

The Lower Village Lofts *North* is a newly renovated large studio apartment located in the heart of the action - just steps from Dock Square (downtown Kennebunkport) and 1/2 mile to the beach! This unit features a brand new fully equipped kitchen, all new designer and higher end furnishings, and a custom built-in room divider complete with an electric fireplace, armoire, and 50" smart TV. The bedroom area has a new king bed with luxurious bedding, black out shades, and an additional smart TV.

We think you’ll especially enjoy sinking into the velvet covered king size bed at night and stepping into the spacious shower that includes a rainfall shower head along with a handheld ... use either or both, as you please! The kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops, solid cherry cabinets and high end stainless steel appliances.

This apartment is on the 3rd floor of the house . **Please note that the last 9 steps leading up to the apartment are quite steep.

Our Goose Point Getaway is a one bedroom apartment located in the lower level of our home. Completely private with its own entrance and no shared space with the owners. You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.
