Monthly Rentals in Yoshidayama

Me and my husband stayed Taka’s place for 2 weeks. Very spacious and comfortable house with a charming decos! We enjoyed the beautiful sort walk to Ginkakuji and Philosophy Road. Taka was a great host very friendly and super attentive and helpful. We really enjoyed the stay. Thank you!!

The location is fantastic — just a stone’s throw from the metro, and only 10 minutes to the city center. We really liked the area because it feels local and authentic, not touristy at all. The house is spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and full of natural light. Niko is lovely and very thoughtful, which made our stay even better. If I had to mention something, a few things felt a bit worn, and the place wasn’t completely spotless, which we expected. But honestly, it didn’t affect our stay. I still totally recommend it and would definitely come back!

This home is a unique restored traditional Japanese shop house. We loved the feel of the place and my 11 year old son especially loved climbing up to the loft! The house is in a quiet area but close to a wide variety of good restaurants (we especially liked Goya and would recommend it without hesitation) and also a very short walk away from the beautiful and not overly crowded Higashiyama Jisho-ji which is well worth the visit. We had excellent communication with the host. All in a great stay and we strongly recommend this place!
