Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Beach house with stunning view over the sea

Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 metres to a bathing beach with a jetty and beach bar. Fall asleep and wake up to the noise of waves. Two beds where you are located on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Small cozy cottage with proximity to the sea and beach.

Cottage located one kilometer from a very nice sandy beach with a jetty. Close to Bedinge and Abbekås golf course. Bicycle path to Ystad and Trelleborg. 4-5 restaurants within a radius of 5-6 km, as well as grocery stores. The cottage has two double beds, a TV room and a simple kitchen with fridge, stove and oven. Toilet with shower cabin. Terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Bed linens and towels are not included in the rental rate. Located in a free position on the Skåne plains next to our own house. Nearby, our horses roam the meadow.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Newly-renovated small cozy street house on Stallgatan 12B dating back to the 18th century in a quiet location, just a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and everything Ystad has to offer. The entrance floor offers a living room and kitchen. On the second floor, there is a bathroom and bedroom with double bed. On the lower floor there is sleeping space for 2 more people on the sofa (2 x 60x190). Ystad train station is 200 meters away and the beach is about a 10-minute walk.
