Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Guest house overlooking the fields.

Newly renovated guest house of approx. 50 sqm, a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private south-facing patio. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house, there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180 cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is accessed via a staircase, there are two single beds (90 cm x 2). Crib is available to borrow. The bike path takes you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.

Quiet and convenient location, just a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and everything Ystad has to offer. Entrance floor offers a living room, bathroom and kitchen. On the second floor, there is a nice living room, toilet and 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, bunk bed and small balcony. The other with a double bed and sofa bed in the adjoining room. Ystad train station is 200 meters away and the beach is about a 10-minute walk.

Access is available to free garage parking for one car. Sheets and towels are not included. Final cleaning available for purchase for SEK 1000.

A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Relax in this wonderful home. Here you have all the amenities you need, a well-equipped kitchen with gas stove. Comfortable beds. Space to hang out on the terrace, gas grill, large dining table with comfortable rattan armchairs, in the sun or in the shade of the umbrella (in autumn and winter, the outdoor furniture is stored away for the season). Indoors, there is a spacious dining area in front of the fireplace. Reading corner for morning coffee or a good book. A glazed veranda for rainy moments.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Completely newly renovated beautifully decorated apartment with all amenities, bed made, a generous breakfast awaits in the fridge until your first morning in the house, which you can take in the nice patio if you want. The house has everything you need to stay longer or shorter. After your stay, we'll take care of cleaning. Veberöd is located in the middle of southern Skåne, so it's close to Österlen, Ystad, Copenhagen, Malmö and most of it actually!

Stay centrally on Österlen just outside the village of Skåne-Tranås on a small farm overlooking fields and pastures. The house is carefully renovated with a focus on charm and personality. The proximity to several wonderful beaches, golf clubs, nature reserves, food and coffee places and to Österlen's various attractions makes it easy to get around by car or bus. Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short-term rental, maximum 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The cottage is not large but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a bed 120 cm and in the living room a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cottage is best suited for one person, but it is also possible to accommodate two guests in it.
