Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Guest house overlooking the fields.

Newly renovated guest house of approx. 50 sqm, a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private south-facing patio. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house, there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180 cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is accessed via a staircase, there are two single beds (90 cm x 2). Crib is available to borrow. The bike path takes you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.

The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. There is the possibility to make the sofa bed if you think it will be too crowded for 2 people in the bed. Sheets are in the cabinet in the bathroom.

The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance.
