Perfect location by the sea!

Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Our dear " Grändhus" is completely newly built for our family and friends as well as for other guests. Beautifully situated on the East Beach - a pristine oasis among fishing rods and sea stalls. Swimming walks along the shore of the Baltic Sea. Great swimming opportunities. Enjoy the beautiful Söderslätt with many excursions and golf. Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus approx. 100 meters - train to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if needed.

Stay near the sea in Brantevik, Österlen

The location of the house is great for bicycle hiking and hiking along the coast. Rock baths, wonderful white beaches in the near. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed free of charge. Our guesthouse is located in a village with several restaurants/cafes that are mainly open in summer summertime. You will like the small charming house because of the tranquility, the privacy of the garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150m from the beach. The listing is best suited for couples or the small family.

The house is located in the village of Svarte which has a popular beach with swimming jetty and beach cafe. From the house you have a panoramic view of the sea reached 100 m below the plot (a road between). The garden is fenced and located on the corner plot. Balcony and fixed grill for charcoal. Play equipment in the garden, playhouse, sitting area for children, sandbox, railing, several swings and rope ladders in the trees, baby swing. Parking with room for several cars. Trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö/Copenhagen only 5 min walk.

Fresh cottage on a nice plot in wonderful Abbekås

Welcome to a peaceful stay in my cozy second! You live in your own house, my annex, with access to your own patio. In front of the house there is a green area, you wake up to birds chirping every morning. Quiet and comfortable in a dead end. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, furnished hallway, bedroom with a couple of beds (they can be attached together) upstairs. WC, shower room, sauna, hall and laundry room on the lower floor. There is a small fridge, a couple of cooking plates, a microwave and a coffee maker.

In the middle of Brösarp is our cottage in a quiet and scenic setting. The cottage is in close proximity to our dwelling house. It is walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA store and to the many hiking trails found in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. In the cottage there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass porch. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bicycles can be borrowed.
