Kocai is an eco-friendly hotel with only 7 rooms inspired by the ancient Mayan house. The rooms surround our pool, which is over 12 meters in diameter and 1.40 meters deep. We have beds and pillows with memory technology, solar water heaters, a wastewater treatment system, our rooms do not have air conditioning since the composition and materials keep them cool for much of the day and throughout the night.

A natural pathway lined with tropical plants leads through a serene outdoor setting. Palms and greenery enhance the peaceful ambiance, with a thatched-roof structure visible in the background, providing rustic charm. A stone wall borders the area, creating a sense of privacy.
