the house true to the photographs, very beautiful and very comfortable for the whole family. the beach is very private really, you have to consider wearing sea shoes because it has a lot of conchita the pool very comfortable and the internet is fast as mentioned in the description Monica super linda was attentive and was answering all the questions it is certainly a very nice place if you want to spend quiet days with the family, it is 25 minutes of progress and a couple of kms there are oxxos

We really enjoyed the house. We were very comfortable there, the landscaping was beautiful and having the back terrace and pool meant you weren’t waiting for the sun to hit all day. They were perfect hosts; checked on us but weren’t intrusive

Amazing accommodation on the shore of the beach , the host Ricardo always on the slope from start to finish and very kind, we arrived at the villa and we felt at home , everything was very clean and a beautiful view! We were three days , the quiet and wonderful beach, a few minutes away there is an Oxxo and a super nice pizzeria. The villa had all the amenities mentioned in the publication and the beautiful pool and my children's favorite. Already thinking of returning soon!

The house and location were excellent! Beachfront house with beautiful views! The hosts were responsive. The only hiccup was that the pool wasn't super clean when we got there - my husband and daughter had to do some cleaning up.

It's really one of the best places I've stayed in, the sunset of the place doesn't do justice to the photos, it's wonderful! My family had an incredible time! The house is fully habitable has absolutely everything you need for your stay and the administrator was always super friendly and communicated frequently. Although there is a tenant in the back space, we never had any problem, we didn't really notice his presence. Dulce, thank you very much for this wonderful space, we will definitely return soon.

This is by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. I’ve traveled all over Mexico and this trip was my favorite. The place is beautiful, right on the water! There was plenty of drinking/cooking water provided. Lots to do in the surrounding areas. I would recommend renting a car to make exploring easier. If you’re a beach lover, this is the place! Rossy also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and site seeing. Although our favorite part of our trip was our beach days at the house. Thank you so much, Rossy! We WILL be back!

The house and the location made my family spend pleasant days. Blanca and her team were always pending and were very nice

pros- very good communication. one little issue with a door and it was fixed in a very timely manner. cons-Only negative would be living room furniture was very uncomfortable. All and all we were very happy with the accomodations.

The attention of Don Lalo, who lives in a little house behind, was a notable plus: a person very attentive to our needs/requests and extremely pleasant! Excellent attention from April, the villa is amazing with everything you need to enjoy the stay with the family, everything is very clean, definitely a place that we will return very soon.

Stunning, unique house in a lovely, tranquil setting. Gorgeous pool. My kids enjoyed playing in the sand with the beach toys and saying hello to the beach dogs who occasionally stopped by. We loved drinking our coffee on the patio, watching the birds over the gulf in the early morning. The water is fairly calm, with sandy bottom so good for swimming and playing in gentle waves. And you have the beach totally to yourself. The water visibility is poor because of wind/ currents/ boats etc. (so no point in snorkel or goggles). There are two sea kayaks, which are lovely. Quite a bit of seaweed piles up at the tide line (might be a seasonal thing), which is harmless but makes the shoreline slightly less picturesque (if that matters to you). The playa viva restaurant in Telchac Puerto is terrific— get the fish tacos and the ceviche. All in all, a terrific stay at the house— I only we were there longer. We hope to come back!!

The place is nice, very good attention and very friendly, I was very quick to respond the messages and I would definitely return and I recommend it for a weekend or more days, it is an incredible place, quiet cozy!

Departamento complies as shown in the photos, Carolina always pending, well equipped kitchen, in general everything excellent, the area very quiet and a few steps from the beach, we had an inconvenience since the keys to the interior doors are not counted, a door with insurance was closed and Carolina supported us sending the locksmith , which we had to pay,when it should be the responsibility of the host to have the complete keys of the house.

I wish we would've rented a car as there are no golf cart rentals in Telchac. Google shows many restaurants but they are all almost closed our close at 6pm. no night life and very hard to get around.

Everything was great, the house just like the pictures and even better. Very clean and the host was always available. Thank you. We would definitely come back.

the house was super good, one that another bug in the kitchen area but everything is fine, clean and spacious rooms, everything is super good, the only drawback we had was the key to the entrance, it was very Westerned and difficult to open and close the house, but from there everything is very good

An excellent place to rest in the traditional house

It was perfect for our multi family get together. It allowed for privacy and had large areas for social gatherings. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the daily cleaning and our cook was really great!

We were there for 11 days in February 2025. The beauty of the place is indescribable,communion with nature, bird song, the sound of the ocean, no light pollution, privacy and solitude. Fidel was very attentive and responsive to our needs. The house was very comfortable with nice breezes. It was absolutely glorious.

Celestún is beautiful and this villa is lovely, packed with all the amenities to make the stay as comfortable as possible!! I had a great time with my family.
