This was my 3rd stay at this location and it was great! Makenzie was always quick to respond with any issues or questions. It was a great place to stay, close to everything whether it be shopping, restaurants or places to see. It is my go to place when visiting Kingman, AZ.

Great Stay! The apartment was exactly as described and was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were welcoming and friendly. A very peaceful place to stay. Well worth the price. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We came to Kingman for a memorial. We loved playing the board games and video games. Our new favorite to play Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza. Our son and his wife enjoyed the wildlife and bird watching with the binoculars. I wish I had more time at this place to enjoy the landscape and wildlife. They had snacks, popcorn, and bottled water available. They had plenty of pods for the Keurig and disposable hot cups to take coffee with you. The lights at the driveway helped signal us to turn in when we came back at night. They have sun tunnels throughout the house, so there was plenty of light that came through the daytime. My son found out that you can't turn those off. The beds were comfortable and they have robes in the master bedroom. As a person that is allergic to fragrances, it was nice that they don't use plugin fragrances. They make sure the place is clean and tidy instead. They communicated well when we needed anything. This place exceeded our expectations and worth the extra price.
