After 7:00 pm, the BBQ will be considered automatically cancelled (free equipment is provided, but charcoal is not included, and advance booking is required). 2️⃣ Please do not make loud noises in the yard after 9:00 pm, as it will disturb the neighbours' rest. 3️⃣ No smoking indoors 🚭 There is a smoking area outdoors 4️⃣ Pets are not allowed.
