This place has the most amazing view! The location is up in the hills overlooking the city. I'd stay somewhere like this over any hotel. The place was super clean, the beds were very comfortable, the room with the rocking chair with giant windows overlooking the bay was my favorite. This place is so unique, the walls are made from coffee beans and leaves, the restaurant downstairs is adorable. The hosts were such lovley people, they made us breakfast in the morning that was so good and they sat and visited with us, we felt at home. This is a great place, if you're looking for a break from the crowds. We rented a car at Beppu Station and it worked out great. Highly recommend staying here!

Loved staying at this house! It’s super big, so there was plenty of space to chill and feel comfortable. The view was really nice, and the onsen in the house was such a bonus—perfect for relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

The location of the B&B is also very convenient!It is a 5-minute walk from the bus stop that connects you to various places, making it super convenient to go to attractions and shopping districts.When we didn't know which bus to take, the host returned the information in seconds, not only giving the most cost-effective route, but also a pizza restaurant that had to be packed along the way. If you have an international driver's license, there is also a spacious parking lot. The most unforgettable was the night of the stay, the host's uncle drove us to the local's favorite supermarket with a seven-seater car.When the snow patterns and cow captives in the freezer were full group taste buds, I asked, "If there was an oven," I didn't expect the host to say, "I have a charcoal fire oven in my yard!" The surroundings are peaceful and you can see Yufu-dake behind the house.The only downside was the variety of cookware, plates and utensils but no bowls alone, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location is very superior, just about 5 minutes from JR Yufuin station or bus stop, one exit station has seen the homestay.The interior of the house is comfortable, the view is great, right outside the window is facing the famous Yufu-dake, which is too beautiful to walk to the shopping street near Lake Kinrin is only about 15 minutes walk.There are convenience stores, supermarkets, just a few minutes walk around the homestay.There is a hot spring pool in the house, although it is smaller, but it is enough to feel the hot spring.The little ones loved it and had a great time coming back to the house every day.I very much recommend this B&B!!

The view here is breathtaking. If you're looking to get away from the crowds this is the perfect place! My son and I stayed here, we walked the shoreline and found beach glass, shells, driftwood, and bamboo, we loved it so much. The house is so comfortable and large. We had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. There is a large tub with a big window overlooking the bay, it was so relaxing. We cracked the sliding door to hear the waves at night, it was the best. The hosts are amazing people, so kind and thoughtful, they had breakfast food in the refrigerator for us and juice & milk. We ate at a tonkatsu place down the road that was great! If you have a chance to stay here, book it! There are also two ponies on the property that are adorable. We had such a wonderful stay here, thank you for letting us spend the night in your beautiful place.💜🌊 Oh, and the night view of the city across the bay is SO BEAUTIFUL!

The place and the location are both fantastic. It is extremely good value for money compared with our other accommodation in Kyushu. The onsen is great. Beds are comfy. Place is warm. View is spectacular. Close to kurokawa onsen town. Close to ski fields. Easy access from beppu (with winter tyres) For access: In winter you need winter tyres to get to Kurosawa onsen. And the property is a bit higher up. we had heavy snowfall, so chains would be preferable for the driveway (but we parked 5min walk away and walked up instead). The highway to get to kurokawa onsen was closed unless you have winter tyres or chains. So it is necessary

I stayed with two dogs.It was a very clean and comfortable room.Since check-in was completely online and I didn't see anyone at all until I checked out, so I appreciated the stress-free stay with the dogs I knew.

Perfect location, walking distance from 由布院駅. Perfect host with professional facility management system, effortless check-in and check-out. However, there’s a traditional bar nearby which is quite noisy at late night.
