The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Our Gîte is located next to the forest, 20 minutes from the pretty city of Rouen, 30 minutes from Neubourg, Bec Hellouin and Lake Poses (equipped for swimming and water games), 50 minutes from Honfleur, Deauville, Monet's garden in Giverny and 1 hour from Paris. Well located for visiting both the landing beaches and the Normandy beaches. On the leisure side, you have two bikes, a petanque court and foosball. Baby equipment available upon request.
