The City apartment located in heritage building in the Old Town Zadar is a perfect candidate for your amazing vacation. This 30 m2 apartment has a nice view on the garden and Zadar city walls, and the location is amazing. It offers immediate enjoyment in the city vibe, but also quick escape from city through the city bridge. *Note to all our guests. There is construction work going on in the neighboring building. We dont know much at this point, but noise can be expected during working hours.

Oldtown studio apartment, 20m2 in size on the 1st floor. Located in the center of old town only couple of minutes by foot from the Sea Organ and Roman Forum and within the Zadar city stone walls. Seaside promenade for walking and swimming minute away. Equipped with all the necessary things from a double bed 160x200cm, air-condition, towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, kitchenette, bathroom, toiletries, liquid soap, private entrance etc.

Perlini apartment 5 min from old town and beach

Perlini is located in a residential area of the city, 5 min away from the old town and 3 min from the city beach Kolovare. Self check-in if you want. The building is one of the few that remained intact after the World War II and as such occupies an important place in the history of the city of Zadar. In 1901, the building was built by Italian police inspector Perlini. The building is an old lady, but the apartment is new and modern.
