Welcome to our little farm As our guest, you'll sleep with a view of the forest and meadows, relax in the garden sauna, and shower in the cozy cabin. The wood-burning stove keeps the cabin nice and warm. There's plenty of room for culinary creativity: wood-burning stove, induction cooktop, pizza/bread oven, or barbecue. The outhouse is cozy and rustic, and the herb garden is wild. Our kittens occasionally stop by to say a playful hello. A place to slow down and connect with nature.

Far from the paved road, the noise of the world, the white adobe house of Kereseszeg stands in the forest. We have preserved the old buildings: the residential house and the barn have been reborn as a modern, comfortable, refined guest house. The old barn has become an apartment with a private bathroom. Covered terrace, dining set, barbecue.

Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

Lodge in Őrség with sauna

Our guest house is located in Szattán, a small village in Őrség. The cottage has a sauna, a garden with a fireplace, and the village orchard is located directly below the house. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a hob, a small fridge, a coffee maker and a kettle. You'll find everything you need to cook and eat. The following fee is payable on site: In the village, the tourist tax rate is 400 HUF/person/night over 18 years. Sauna usage fee is 10000 HUF per heating.

I offer a friendly apartment in the first, completely separate part of a family house (one room, kitchen and bathroom with shower). The garden is a common area, yet separate. Our two-room apartment with balcony is located on the first floor of a condominium building a few minutes from the city center, yet in a quiet location (no elevator). The entrance is monitored by a security camera from the outside. Parking is free in front of the house, but it is also easily accessible by public transport. Nearby restaurants and sports facilities and playgrounds await you and your children in the adjacent park.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely hut

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
