Charming house right by the sea with a big own sun deck where you can moor your boat and with that a stunning south-facing view. The house is an Eco-house with all facilities, solar cells for electricity and an instant gas water heater for warm water. Star-link high speed internet. Bedroom for 2, well equipped kitchenette/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Hotel standard. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace.
