The cottage is situated as a smaller, quiet and detached house near the beautiful and historically preserved village of Lčovice in the foothills of the Šumava Mountains. The local conditions are ideal for cycling, walking, mushroom picking, skiing and lounging. The cottage is practically furnished for the winter season, has its own fenced garden with parking and plenty of space for relaxation. The covered terrace is equipped with armchairs and a table, garden loungers, a parasol, a grill and is located on a sunny southern slope overlooking the Šumava surroundings.

The cottage is located in Volšovy, just 3 km from Sušice, where you can find all amenities. It lies by the forest and offers absolute peace and quiet with a view of the Šumava countryside. Parking is possible on the private plot, where you can also find a pergola and a terrace. The two-storey cottage is equipped with kitchen, bathroom with shower WiFi and TV. Vacation home

Holiday cottage from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have at their disposal an entire separate cottage with a living room with kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, along with a Finnish sauna made of lime wood and two bedrooms in the attic, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). All in Šumavské Podlesí. You can use the garden and seating with a grill. Guests have full privacy.

There is 1 double bed 180 x 200 cm and 2 single bed 80 x 200 cm.

This green house is special for its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original just newly renovated. Other furniture such as beds, closets, and cabinets were made by ourselves along with our best friends. We have spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation.
