Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Západočeský kraj

We used the house over Easter for a family trip of six. There was everything your heart desires: from the large fridge, the very well-equipped kitchen with attached dining room, bedrooms with good mattresses to the top equipped common areas with many play opportunities. Even in bad weather you can have a very good time here. Fortunately, the sun was shining, so we explored the beautiful area. The property is large and fenced. Our dog was able to move freely, we made a campfire with the available wood and grilled outside. Really nice was the covered dining area with benches: great views! Beautiful and historically significant excursion destinations are nearby: We took a hike to Helfenburg (12 min. to parking lot) and visited the Theresienstadt concentration camp on the day of departure (just under 20 min.) - be sure to see! Hiking opportunities right by the house. In 1 word: great!!!

The house is ideal for a vacation, it has all the amenities in perfect condition. Kitchen with all the tools, fireplace, bbq. One bath and two showers. Jacuzzi and sauna. Green lawn with volleyball net. The village is very quiet. Host is very nice and responsive.

We were greeted by Hana and a lovely garden. Unfortunately, it was raining and cold, but before I returned to the room, they lit the fireplace. And also I liked the view from the window. The bus centre and the old city are also within walking distance. Hana recommended good cafes and restaurants. Thank you, Hana and Peter.

Great place In a quite suburb of Prague but really well connected by public transport (which is very cheap in Prague and efficient). Didn’t use taxi even once. We didn’t eat locally as always had food in old town before heading back.

Accomodation was spotless, well furnished with all the amenities needed. We really enjoyed having the possibility to use the bbq. Really recommended for a getaway weekend.

The stay was nice. The location is great for small hikes. And the hot tub is super relaxing. Communication with Julia and Franziska was also quick and straightforward. What more could you ask for...

A very successful holiday, from the handling, the reception, the great excursions and the very close ski slope. The house left nothing to be desired and we will be happy to come back.

We wanted to avoid the old town and were also travelling in and out of HN/main train station so this location was perfect for us, lots of cafe/bars restaurants including fresh market across the street. Transport options perfect, even walking into old town was just 15/20 mins. Apartment itself is beautiful, very homely and styling is lovely, really impressed! Wifi great, no issues with amenities, hosts responsive and we’re able to store luggage and do early check in. Perfect hosts! Would 100% recommend

Great location at the center of the city. Walking distance from everywhere we visited during the 3 days that we stayed in Prague (furthest we went is Vynehrad and eastern end of Vinohrady). Everything in the apartment was clean and functional with clear instructions. Štěpán was a mindful host and checked in with us regularly.

This is an amazing apartment within walkable distance to Prague's city centre. The apartment is well decorated and it is extremely comfortable. Definitely considering staying again when we return to Prague one day.

Beautiful bright apartment, easily accessible from the train station by 5 min bus ride and 10 min walk. We were allowed to check in earlier, which gave us half a day more vacation - great. A bakery and a supermarket were close to the property and on the holiday we found a farm vending machine for shopping. The equipment of the apartment was very good and modern (induction stove etc). And a fun little sweeping robot swept the apartment every day. The highlight is the protected terrace, after a day out. The apartment is located on a low-traffic railway line, which did not bother us. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Very nice and nice apartment. Superb location, as you can take beautiful walks, through nature on the river or through downtown, from the property. The equipment of the apartment was more than sufficient for a short stay. Loved it!

Beautiful apartment with balcony , on the top floor of a building, very close to the historic center of Prague. Close to the metro station, about a 15-minute walk in a quiet area. Clean apartment, with every comfort, ideal for families or groups of friends, as we were. Not a party place in the house as families live in the building. Great apartment a 10-minute walk from the old town in a top condominium with elevator and 24-hour doorman. The apartment is equipped with every comfort and super equipped with all the amenities that can be used for a short stay. Congratulations!

Super nice, tastefully and conveniently furnished mini penthouse in a prime location. Just outside the busy city center and all the sights within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Our stay was very nice. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and has everything you need. The communication with Petra was great, she helped us with all open questions. The lake can be reached within about 5-10 minutes. The surroundings were very quiet and great for unwinding. All in all it was a very nice weekend and we would come back:-) Thank you Petra!
