After 5 years of careful planning and construction, Nine Olives Hvar, my purpose-built holiday house was completed in June 2024. It offers exceptional design and views, with magnificent sunsets. Many guests have now enjoyed it. All have praised both the house and location. Nine Olives Hvar is a short stroll to a beautiful beach and swimming area, and to the lovely town of Stari Grad. **2-bedroom option of same listing This spacious and serene space has an unbeleivable view, not only from the large private terrace with a hot tub, but also from inside - thanks to the glass walls which give you a spectacular view from the kitchen/living room area. The village is quiet and relaxing and has the best beaches on the entire island with it’s pebble inlets and crystal clear sea. The location is ideal for children with one of the beaches just a few meters from the apartment.

Seaside apartment with a charming view

Comfy and a bright space with a large terrace with a beautiful view to the city port. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city center. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
