The accommodation is in an authentic Dalmatian village. If you want something like this, you are welcome to come to us. 😉The room is on the first floor and does not have a balcony, but the guest can sit and enjoy the yard that is right in front of the room. You do not share the room and bathroom with anyone. You will have the opportunity to go to the beach where we have private parking. The village is 900 meters away from the sea and 85 meters above sea level. Therefore, I always go by car because it is difficult to return to the accommodation in the heat.

Apartment Elena is located in the very center of the old town of beautiful Rogoznica, a few steps walk down the stone street from the church and the sunny riviera. All the important amenities, from restaurants, coffee bars, shops, markets and beautiful beaches, are no more than 600 meters away from the property. The accommodation itself has a beautiful view. Newly furnished luxury apartment in a house by the sea. The property is located approximately ten meters from the sea. Guests have complete privacy, but if they wish to be on the public pebble beach, it is about 30 meters away. As part of the regular service, guests receive two beach loungers and an umbrella. Apartment has own private jacuzzi. Parking is free and located on the property. Guests can also use the grill. Closest shops are in the town of Rogoznica, about two kilometers away.

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom i ugodnom smještaju. 200 g. stara kuća, obnovljena u tradicionalnom stilu upotpunjena s modernom opremom. U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.
