De woning is gelijkvloers en beschikt over een keuken, aangrenzend woonkamer met eethoek en zit gedeelte met tv, wifi aanwezig. 2 Slaapkamers waarvan 1 slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en 1 slaapkamer met 2 éénpersoonsbedden, badkamer met dubbele wastafelmeubel, wc en douche. Daarnaast is er nog een apart toilet met wastafel. Roken en huisdieren niet toegestaan.

Overig: je hebt een eigen ingang, een werk/ schrijfplekje (verstelbaar), een eigen tuintje met terras (incl bbq). Incl boeken en spellen.
