Beautiful home with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. Can be totally contactless if that is a wish, because everything is separate and has its own entrance and lockbox. House is cleaned by us according to Airbnb rules. Important due to ambiguity, we can serve/make breakfast, but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pp. The meadow opposite the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced, and the garden is not fenced.

Even though we are in the center of Velp, our cottage is quiet. National Parks Veluwezoom and Hoge Veluwe are within cycling distance, and the city of Arnhem is 10 minutes away by car or public transport. Ideal for recreation or business travelers. . Privacy and hospitality are key words for us. You will have a light living room, a complete kitchen and bathroom, a bedroom, two more beds in a small loft, a veranda and a small yard. The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, you have a wide choice of cozy cafes and restaurants. The city center, the Waalkade, the Ooijpolder or the woods are nearby. Radboud University and the University of Applied Sciences of Arnhem and Nijmegen (HAN) can also be reached by bicycle within a few minutes.

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. 't Ganzennest: This fully furnished detached cottage is located in the outskirts of the 8-castle village of Vorden. Due to its location, it is ideal for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. A bicycle shed is provided. The cottage is heated or cooled downstairs by an air conditioner. The sleeping loft is unheated and really cold in winter. There is an electric radiator. In short, enjoy this beautiful area. Not suitable for those with disabilities. Without breakfast.

The Leemgate is a cozy and attractive vacation home with beautiful views. The house (4500 sq. ft.) has its own entrance and therefore a lot of privacy. Bicycles can be placed and possibly charged in the lockable garden shed. The car can be parked next to the house. Outside, you can sit and enjoy the view of the meadow. The Pieterpad runs 500 m from the house. Vorden is a great place for cycling and hiking through the beautiful nature along culture and history.
