It is located at the Alpine Resort Kaprun, which offers our guests free of charge access to a sauna and relaxing area, separate rooms for bikes and skiing equipment and two parking spots, which directly belong to the apartment.

From there it is only a 5-minute walk to the center of Piesendorf with restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, bus stop, tourist office, etc. The ski areas of Zell am See and Kaprun (glacier), the Tauernspa in Kaprun, the Zell am See golf course are only a few minutes away by car. The furniture is complemented by our art collection.

The Sonnentalhof, a lovingly renovated former farmhouse in the Hohe Salve region, has been open to guests since 2022. The location near the valley station in Itter makes it the ideal accommodation for family vacations and offers excellent opportunities for sports activities. Traditional materials such as old wood and old farm cabinets underline the regional character. The Sonnentalhof offers the charm and coziness of the typical huts of the Hohe Salve region.

Beautiful, modern and warm apartment with most of the amenities you could need, including a small dishwasher, coffee maker, nice wine glasses, etc. Wi-Fi and smart TV worked perfectly. Excellent location; it's on the edge of town which means it's very quiet but still only a 5-10 minute walk to the CityXpress lift and shops/restaurants. The balcony is very nice and the sun comes out in the afternoon!
