Welcome to our stylish holiday apartment – ideal for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, the accommodation offers modern living comfort over approx. 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two more guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open timber-framed walls and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

Would you like to have a tiny house for yourself and see what it's like to live in 8 x 3 m and 5 m in height? In a beautiful bright forest between Lüchow and Dannenberg, close to the Elbe, you will find your small refuge overlooking the countryside! Large desk and fiber optic Wi-Fi are perfect for the remote office! We offer a small kitchen, a large rain shower and a shared terrace. Pleasantly warm thanks to underfloor heating and never hot in summer due to good insulation and shady trees!

The apartment with separate entrance on the ground floor has about 80 m² of living space with 2 bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The living room leads directly into the garden onto a small terrace with a garden table, 4 chairs, parasol, grill (gas) and fire bowl. Bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, the kitchen is also fully equipped. Bed linen and towels are provided. Playground 100 m away.

Our 100-year-old cottage with 100 square meters is located in a very quiet location in the historic old town of Hitzacker, 300 m from the village center. It has been ecologically renovated, restored with old building materials and with attention to detail and offers space for 6 people. From the living room, you have a wonderful view of the parish garden. The Mediterranean terrace is protected from prying eyes. A south-facing roof terrace invites you to linger. TAKE YOUR TIME

Euer Zuhause: Ein lichtdurchflutetes gemütliches Apartment über den Dächern der Altstadtinsel. In nur zwei Gehminuten seid ihr am schönen Elbstrand oder dem Marktplatz mit kleinen Cafés und Stöbergeschäften. Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Geheimtips für die besten Elbstrände zum picknicken und bestaunen der Sonnenuntergänge sind natürlich inklusive.

The tree house charmingly offers comfort and adventure on 34 m² for a maximum of 4 people – perfect for families, couples and nature lovers. With 4 sleeping places, this cozy refuge invites you to dream and relax. The sleeping places are accessible via climbing routes and thus ensure a special sense of adventure - however, for the upper bed, a body height of 160 cm should not be significantly exceeded!!! Experience closeness to nature and comfort in our tree house.

Covering 75 square metres on the ground floor, it offers space for 2 people – ideal for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers or for working from home. Our charming half-timbered house houses several residential units – one of which is your cosy holiday apartment. You can charge an electric car at our Wallbox.

Vacation home on the farm

The apartment on our Lebenshof in Wendland was expanded according to ecological criteria. The many clay walls provide an incomparable indoor climate, the view from the window extends to the horizon. Waddeweitz is located in the middle of the Wendland-Elbe Nature Park and is surrounded by a diverse, beautiful landscape. Our horses, goats and sheep graze on the paddocks, which can be visited by appointment. The landscape invites you to hike (bike) and explore.

Dannenberg in the beautiful Wendland with beautiful cycling trails, forests and the nearby Elbe. Great outdoor pool nearby, good nearby shopping, sauna can be booked from September to the end of April. (€10 hour) On weekends only book both nights, no one-night booking. It's an apartment, Airbnb presents it as a tree house! Large staircase to the top, large apartment, large balcony - no shared use. For check-in, the door is open from 3 pm, the key is inside.

During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! Horses can be brought along, 1 hectare. coupling directly on the trailer. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.

Your home: A small cozy apartment on the second floor with private access via an external staircase. Stylishly furnished in an original clay house with a small veranda between the treetops. Excellent as a quiet retreat in the middle of nature. In just a 10-minute walk, you are at the natural outdoor pool in Groß Wittfeitzen. Ideal for cooling off on hot days! Located in the middle of the Drawehn Nature Park, you can cycle and hike here wonderfully.

Birdsong instead of traffic noise, the Elbe right on the doorstep and sunsets over the meadows: our lovingly renovated house is located in a small village with only eight houses in the middle of the Lower Saxony Elbe Valley biosphere reserve. You can look forward to a large garden with fruit trees, a sauna, a fire pit and plenty of space for spending time together in the midst of nature. A place to take a deep breath, switch off and arrive.
