The bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy living room with a workspace provide everything needed for a comfortable stay or productive work. The location is ideal: cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries are within walking distance. The subway is just a 3-minute walk away, and the main train station can be reached in about 12 minutes.

The living room is equipped with a corner couch, a 120 cm bed, wardrobe, and TV. From the living room, a space-saving staircase (attention: no railing!) leads to the attic. 3 more people can stay there. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people (with dishwasher).

The apartment is approx. 68m² and is super central, situated between the port (about 800m), the town centre (about 1km) and the Elphi (about 750m). There are many restaurants nearby.
