Parking is provided for free for guests and then you will have only 350 meters to the house.

Beautiful, fully equipped 3-room house with private garden. The house is design-oriented. It includes a TV, a sofa bed in the living room, which is connected to a kitchenette equipped with built-in electrical appliances (built-in refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) including a hood, a double bed and a wardrobe in each of the 2 bedrooms. From one bedroom and the living room, there is an entrance to the garden with outdoor seating. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine.

Apartment on a farm

The house is part of a family farm where horses are housed. As part of the stay, it is possible to provide children with an experience in the stable (they will ride a pony, clean and feed it, take a photo with it). For tourists, there are several beautiful hills nearby (Raná, Oblík, Milá, ruins of Hazmburk Castle). There are plenty of forests around the village that mushroom pickers will love. The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
