From Podgorica Airport it is 40 mins by car. The location is perfect to visit other seaside towns like Budva, Ulcinj and Bar. Skadar Lake is also reachable by car or train. Step outside and find the beach right below the villa. 🏡 With 7 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and a private pool, it's built for families or groups, sleeping up to 14 guests. 📌 Restaurants, a bakery, pharmacy, and supermarkets are just 5 minutes away, so you have everything you need close by.

Villa Sofia was built in an ambient, rustic style; "Paštrovski style", located 2.5 km from Petrovac in a quiet part of Kruševica, 1250 m as the crow flies to the sea, at an altitude of 300 m.
