In the light-flooded Belle Étage, you walk through the day with the sun: waking up in the bedroom overlooking the castle grounds, showering in the open-plan designer bathroom, coffee in the large kitchen, eating in the dining room, evenings by the fireplace... Six spacious rooms await you across 200 square metres, with high ceilings, large windows and modern castle floorboards. Surrounded by the lakes and forests of the Barnim Nature Park, the Belle Étage is a retreat for all those who enjoy peace, nature, architecture and design.

A house in the fields

The house stands alone in a sea of fields, swept by the wind, in a large perennial garden. With the help of many fellow artists and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated, and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. Through continuous growth and change, an idyllic place has emerged – and continues to emerge – with space for 10 people in the guest area and 8 people in the studio area, which is mainly used privately.

Karolinenhof Cottage is a stylishly renovated romantic 3-sided farmhouse for up to 8 people on a 3ha plot with 150m2 of living space and 8000sqm of mature garden with old trees in the middle of a nature reserve - absolutely private secluded location on the lake peninsula Karolinenhof - with quickly accessible swimming spot - the cottage was furnished to a high standard with design furniture, antiques, art, outdoor furniture, barbecue ... - former Uckermark domicile of the artist Eva-Maria Hagen

Haus am See • Holiday apartment with panoramic views

Right by the lake. Absolute tranquillity. Wide panoramic views over the water, forests and sky. Our 85 m² holiday apartment for up to 5 people is located on Lake Peetzig in the Schorfheide-Chorin Biosphere Reserve, a good hour away from Berlin. The living and dining area with a view of the lake and the terrace create a calm atmosphere and space to relax. The building, which was planned as an ecological hotel (InRuh) at the end of the 1990s, combines light, space and the surrounding nature.

Large lakefront apartment

Leave the city behind and enjoy the beautiful nature of the Uckermark. In this large apartment (145 m² + 50 m² terrace) you can relax with your friends by the fireplace, work with super fast Internet from the home office or simply sit on the terrace and let your gaze wander over the lake. The Peetzigsee with a bathing beach and best water quality is only a few meters away on foot. The Berlin-Usedom cycle path with the best asphalt leads past the house.

Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish semi-detached house. Enjoy your stay on a spacious, secluded property on the edge of the Schorfheide-Chorin Biosphere Reserve. A variety of Uckermark lakes can be reached in no time, and the nearest swimming lake is only about 300 meters away. Let yourself be awakened by cranes and pheasants. In nearby (3 km) Gramzow you can find everything you need: supermarket, restaurants, bakeries, doctors, pharmacy…

Your lake house

Enjoy a quiet, relaxing break on your own lake property. You will stay in a beautiful vacation home with lake view and direct access to Lake Lübbesee, including a private jetty. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days. You have the choice between three terraces to enjoy the lake in the best possible way and a kayak to make excursions. Have fun in your lake house!

Gutshaus Suckow (Uckermark) Now with a sauna

On 2 floors of 250 m² and an attic, there is plenty of space for up to 10 guests to rest and relax. A good piano, a large garden with table tennis, hammock, barbecue. 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets. A beautiful, large house with a presentable lower floor and simpler upper floor. Downstairs everything is new, upstairs the floors are covered with carpets, and there are still a few blemishes, but very cozy. Extra cleaning during the stay €12/h.

"Marigold" mini cottage in the countryside

In our garden, a lot is different: the bedrooms are like squirrel dens, the bath is under the starry sky and the shower in the middle of the greenhouse. Maybe there are vegetables and fruits in abundance - everything is organic here. Ask if that appeals to you, we'll sell you something. Because of the great views over the fields, the chirping and the location on the outskirts, we chose our little piece of land. Come and see!
