The house is located 500 m as the crow flies to Lake Arendsee on the edge of the quiet bungalow settlement. 5 min walk to Lake Arendsee, so absolutely close to the lake. The tiny house has a total of 44 square meters plus sauna (for a fee). It is fully equipped with a kitchenette, dishwasher, oven and stove, dining table and a cozy living room corner with smart TV. Wi-Fi is available for free in the entire house. The house is cozy and open with large windows. It is heated with a modern underfloor heating.

Our three one-room apartments — Ahorn, Linde, and Birke — combine the historic charm of Herbsthausen with contemporary design. Each apartment is completely unique and has been modernized by us. They offer space for two to three people each. The apartments are part of “Herbsthausen”, an cultural project in the town of Gartow. We are renovating a historic sawmill and transforming it into a future-oriented place for art, industrial heritage, living, working, international exchange, and relaxation.

Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

Im Herzen von Trebel, zwischen Lüchow und Gartow, liegt die Ferienwohnung „Prior“. Die Maisonettewohnung bietet Platz für bis zu drei Personen. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet, im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch. Ein Bad steht natürlich ebenfalls mit allem nötigen Komfort zur Verfügung. Die Küche und die Essecke runden das Angebot ab. Der eingezäunte Garten ist auch für mit angereiste Haustiere ideal.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...
