We had an amazing time, a home to enjoy as a family with great spaces! We decided to spend Christmas in Ixtapa and it was a great option for the whole family. Raúl is an incredible host very attentive and with great communication for arrival and during the stay.

Love this spot -- so convenient and close to all things Ixtapa...the view is great -- sunsets galore. We also really enjoyed the proximity to the beach -- and the fabulous pool...though the ocean is rougher here than other spots, but it is clean and not as busy either. The Apartment had everything we needed, the staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. The only issue really was that the apartment was too cold -- the air conditioner cannot be turned off, and even its "warmest" setting was too cold for us. We prefer ceiling fans and windows. I am grateful I came from a cooler climate so I had some long pants and a sweater. This is a lovely part of Mexico -- our first time and we would like to return! thanks Diego!

The holidays were perfect, a place with a lot of space, very well conditioned for a large family, we loved it, we can return soon. The attention and response from the host and co-host was the best. Thank you very much.

Easy walk to the ocean, Lida’s service and skill was outstanding, functional AC, good amenities, extremely convenient having the taxi station just outside. Would gladly return.

Our stay was pleasant, the villa is very nice, quiet, safe and comfortable, it is 5 minutes from the golden area of Ixtapa, good location. As a detail to improve, the lighting, both the stairs and the palapa, another aspect to improve are TV in bedrooms 😅 since we have those who like to see news before sleeping and there was no TV.

Location, location, location! We loved our stay at Ricardo's villa! The location of the villa within the resort was absolutely perfect just a couple of steps to the pool and a few more to the sandy beach. The villa has everything you need and is spacious with its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. You can walk to many restaurants and other stores including grocery stores and pharmacies. The hotel gift shop also has many things you might need during your stay. Our family of 6 adults and 4 small children absolutely loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing villa with access to a large beautiful pool and the gorgeous beach! The sunsets are breathtaking from the patio of this villa! You won't be disappointed when you book this villa!

We had a too nice stay, everything was clean, we really enjoyed the pool area and the jacuzzi because it has everything to be comfortable, overall great conditions. The host is very accessible, nice and on the lookout. We would definitely go back or recommend it. It is only important to consider that the 5th room is service and does not have AC but it was not an impediment to have a good time.

Amazing location, little walk up a hill. But honestly never mattered, because the view and the vibe are just immaculate. Would def recommend !!!! Heavenly

Very quiet and beautiful place, only comment the blinds are already a little neglected and the sun comes in too much in the morning. Everything else was perfect.
