Die Wohnung ist für maximal 3 Personen geeignet und verfügt über alles, was man zum entspannten Wohnen benötigt. Die Wohnung wurde im Mai 2023 renoviert. Das Anwesen befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Teil von Zirndorf, mit Parkplätzen vor der Haustür und guter ÖPNV Anbindung.

There are many cafes and restaurants but also bars and nightlife. It´s a busy spot and the favorite quarter of creative locals and foreign people.

Our sunny and spacious apartment is located in a very quiet residential area in Nuremberg Nordstadt. There is a very good connection to public transport. Among other things, Nuremberg's old town can be reached in less than 10 minutes by S-Bahn.
