The apartment is located on the first floor of a house in a quiet neighborhood 1.8 km from Kolovare Beach and 1.9 km from Maestrala Beach. The property offers free parking, free wifi, air conditioning. The house is a true oasis of peace, surrounded by various fruit trees and a spacious yard. In the immediate vicinity of the property there is a large selection of supermarkets, outdoor gyms within the sports center, cafes, bakeries, pizzerias. The center is a 20-minute walk away. The nearest airport, Zemunik Airport, is 10 km away.

Enjoy the comforts of our apartment; it's spacious, feel free to walk barefooted on the timber flooring...after an early morning swim enjoy a coffee on our balcony or in our living area, both with incredible sea views, watch the regattas, wonderful sunsets, with a bit of luck even dolphins...have yourself a bbq in our garden/ grill area under the shade of the grape vines, or just grab one of our bikes and go for a nice bike ride...

Accommodation is more like a holiday home as it is the only apartment for rent in the house. The nearest shop, coffee bar and market are 200 m away. The beaches, museum and old town are about 2,5 km away from the apartment.

Beautiful beach with cafe bar is perfect for lazy days during vacations ( in front of the apartment ) , restaurant with grilled food and other ( 3 minutes walking ), grocery shop is 100 meters from apartment, bus station and big market ( 10 minutes walking ), green market and fish market are on peninsula 15 minutes walking.

The Luka family house offers two completely furnished studio apartments each designed for two people. The apartments are situated on the ground floor and they come with a yard and a parking lot.. They consist of a bedroom (double bed), a kitchen with a small dining area and a separate bathroom (shower, toilet). The apartments also feature air conditioning, a TV, bed linen, towels…. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

Zadar being 7kms away its just a short drive away.. If you are flying in Zadar airport is 6kms away.
