A comfortable and central place

We really enjoyed our time at The Land of Eternal Spring. The place is peaceful, clean, and surrounded by nature. Martina was kind and helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s a great spot to relax and recharge. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

This place was great and with 120 sqm of space it was quite comfortable. At night it was quiet and the blackout curtains were awesome! I would recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful group meeting at this home. The space was perfect, with enough beds to comfortably accommodate 8 people, several cozy rooms to share and a beautiful pergola on the roof, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the ambience. Willy and Jessica were exceptional hosts. They communicated clearly, were flexible with check-in and check-out times, and were always ready to accommodate our needs. I felt very welcoming and grateful for your hospitality.

The house is very nice with a very good distribution, the kitchen is complete, the rooms have TVs and there is hot water. The location is very good, it is close to Antigua Hobbitenango, but it is also accessible to go Guatemala City. If you travel with kids you have to be careful with the glass tables as they can be hit in the corners. The beds are a little hard. Otherwise, it's a very good option.

We stayed at their place for two nights . We have been travelling for two and half months . This place was home away from home . Beautifully decorated. All the amenities which one would need during vacation or during long travel . Most importantly the hosts are always available to communicate. We requested for early check in and late check out . They were gracious enough to say yes to our request . Wish we had more time to enjoy the place , Sip morning coffee and listen to chirping birds . Hope we come back some day . Buy thicker curtains for the sun in the rooms it gets hot and the curtains are thin but everything else was great 👍

The apartment is a very cozy space, with warm decoration and comfortable furniture that made our stay really enjoyable. Everything was orderly, which made our comfort very easy during the visit. Also, the location is ideal: in a quiet area but with easy access to restaurants and supermarket, which allowed us to move around with ease. Julio was an exceptional host, always friendly and attentive, willing to answer our questions and make us feel at home from the first moment. I recommend this place especially for families looking for a quiet atmosphere and a close treatment. I would definitely come and stay here again!

We stayed 9 days in Carlos Eduardo’s apartment. The location was great for our needs. The kitchen was nice with a full sized stove and plenty of dishes, pots and pans. It was quite at night and the building very secure. We would rent it again.
