The eighteenth-century Logis des Chauvins is situated in the heart of a one-hectare park in Port D'Envaux, a former shipping village. Its special location on the banks of the Charente makes it particularly attractive, with numerous walks, swimming and water sports just a 3-minute walk away...

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

This fully equipped accommodation has a large balcony facing east, in the quiet of Royannaise life; at the foot of Pontaillac Beach, the Casino de Royan, all shops and restaurants. You will have everything you need to spend a great vacation... IMPORTANT! In accordance with State measures for hygiene and public health, the apartment is disinfected before and after each rental. In this context, linens cannot be provided. All measures are thus respected.
