Large flat on the second floor of a villa at 1,500 metres above sea level, with spectacular views of the Dolomites, suitable for large groups of up to 7 people. The house is located on the road leading to the Venezia mountain hut, beneath Mount Pelmo, which rises to a peak of 3,168 metres. On clear days, you can see the Venice Lagoon.

Staying here means living in history. This apartment is over 300 years old. My grandmother Maria lived there. Living in the mountains is not easy. The spaces are different from those we are used to, the ceilings are low, the stairs are narrow and steep. The rooms are struggling to warm up. But the charm is unique.
