Large flat on the second floor of a villa at 1,500 metres above sea level, with spectacular views of the Dolomites, suitable for large groups of up to 7 people. I offer 2 rooms with bed linen included, a kitchen with dining area complete with crockery, a bathroom with shower, soap and shampoo, a panoramic balcony, a laundry room, a parking space and Wi-Fi. The house is located on the road leading to the Venezia mountain hut, beneath Mount Pelmo, which rises to a peak of 3,168 metres. On clear days, you can see the Venice Lagoon.

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Staying here means living in history. This apartment is over 300 years old. My grandmother Maria lived there. Living in the mountains is not easy. The spaces are different from those we are used to, the ceilings are low, the stairs are narrow and steep. The rooms are struggling to warm up. But the charm is unique. WARNING: From September to June it may be necessary to turn on the stove. Pellet bags are available to be loaded into the stove.
