This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Luxury apartment Lara Rose is a brand new apartment, completely renovated in 2017 and tastefully furnished, with attention to details, modern colours, designer lighting and high quality accessories. The stylish apartment is approximately 90m2 and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. It is located on the second floor in a family house and has its own entrance. It also has two balconies that provide amazing view of the pool area and surrounding green, set in a peaceful and quiet environment

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Cities like Omiš, Trogir and Makarska and beautiful beaches are all very near and approachable, especially if you are travelling with a car.
