You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. Relaxing, main floor apartment in 4plex, #2.

This is a quiet main floor apartment (491 sq. ft.) in a 4-plex located 1 mile from Mayo. It has a all of the cooking necessities needed to make your own meals. There is a full size bed in the bedroom. This unit is in an older house with radiator heat and a big front porch. The floors are squeaky in a few places. Since it is a 4plex you will hear some sounds from other guests but it is generally quiet. There is parking behind the house and a washer and dryer in the basement available to guests.

This is a bottom floor apartment so no climbing a ton of stairs. This is a perfect place for those who value privacy and convenience. Sun filled one room cottage w/everything you need for your short or long stay. Wether it’s a get away or a visit to Mayo Clinic. We have two cottages side by side for you to enjoy. One is the main cottage with everything you need, sleeps 2. The other is a bunkhouse for sleeping. There is no bath or kitchen in the bunkhouse. It has two recliners, a tv, and a daybed. The property is 40 acres of trees, walking paths, post & beam pavilion, 2 fishing ponds all enjoyed on your own private deck.
