The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is a 10-minute walk from the train station and just about 40 minutes by train from Zurich! The ideal retreat for travelers, cyclists, and hikers. You can reach us in just 5 minutes after the highway exit. The parking space right in front of the door accommodates 2 cars. Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; surrounded by greenery; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the heart of a hiking area. Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.

Wir vermieten in Berg am Irchel, im Zürcher Weinland, eine ruhige, helle 21/2 Zimmer Parterre-Wohnung (75m2) mit separatem Eingang. Winterthur, Schaffhausen, Zürich und der Flughafen erreichst du mit dem Auto in 30-40 Minuten. Mit Bus und Bahn nach Zürich 60 Minuten. Busstation im Dorf in Gehdistanz. Die Wohnung und die Umgebung sind sehr Kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. Deine Kinder finden auf unserem Hof viel Platz zum Spielen. Du wohnst am Dorfrand auf einem Bauernhof umgeben von Obstbäumen .

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.
