The apartment is beautiful and sunny, spread across the first floor of a house in an elegant, quiet neighborhood (30 minutes from airport, 20 minutes from main station). 4.5 carefully decorated rooms, an office with two desks, living room, two bedrooms, modern kitchen and bathroom, all with sun and daylight. The balcony faces Lake Zurich, a spectacular view. Zurich: clean air, clean waters, excellent public transport, amazing sports and cultural offerings, plus a notable events scene.

Die Loft ist 280m2 gross und komplett mit allem ausgerüstet. Es fehlt hier an nichts. Die Betten im oberen Stock sind von feinster Qualität und auch die Sanitären Anlagen. Der untere Stock ist 200m2 gross und beinhaltet ebenso eine Schlafmöglichkeit für 2 Personen. Wintergarten und Terrasse sind im 3. Stock.

The living room can be converted into an additional bedroom (2 beds 80x200cm or 160x200cm) The apartment also features a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a small terrace. Centrally located. By train (running every 15 minutes), you can reach central Zurich in just 25 minutes, and Rapperswil in 10 minutes. We look forward to welcoming you!

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.
